They say, whenever you are angry, abstain from doing anything and start taking deep breaths, and then it is impossible for you to get angry. There are two reasons. If you are consciously taking deep breaths, then anger cannot express itself, as anger requires a different breathing pattern. And secondly yourmind shifts fromanger to breathing. You are no more focusing on anger; the body is not in a state to be angry and the mind has shifted its concentration to something else.
Everyone is angry because of the mad rush to reach somewhere or achieve something what the other doesn't have. Fire burns everything that comes in to its contact. The fire of anger cannot be controlled so easily. A lot of acceptance has to be developed first, acceptance of the way things are. People change them instead of
