ere is an easy way to lose weight as well as to give a break to your system for a week. If you follow the programme for a week, you will definitely find you will be lighter atleast by 10-17 pounds. Your system is now prepared to start burning the excess pounds. Potato is not required on day 3, as you get your carbohydrates from fruits.

Day 4 : Today youwill have only bananas andmilk, youmay have to eat as many as 8 bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk.

This is a strange combination but it is essential for making up for the loss of potassium and sodium during the past 3 days. On this day, you will definitely notice a loss of desire for sweets.
