necessary to have a plain heart, be submissive and have thirst for progress. Above all, we should have faith in the unlimitedprobabilities of growth.

Man should not be unhappy under any circumstances. In fact, the greatest reason of unhappiness in our life is that we neither enjoy nor respect what we have, but are instead jealous seeing the pleasure of others. Life is nothing but a continuous experience. Man should always be optimistic. Bad times are a part of life; you have to face them as a challenge. Acquire as much knowledge as possible, so that you can be intellectually strong. Maintain tolerance so that the strength of mind and body goes up. Inculcate generousness in your nature. Explore your inner magnitude and enhance it, so that you can reap the benefits of human life. Awise man fulfils one's duty without caring for pleasure and pain, which ultimately gives him extreme delight. If you restrain yourself from doing your duty, you will not even have a chance to know if you will succeed or not. Our life is a unique gift of God. It is blessing. If you have not earned, you are losing it. Don't just live life; celebrate it. Suffering in life is easier when faced with patience. We should be equally patient in pain andpleasure.

We all know that where there is pleasure, pain can't be far behind. Everything has a price in this world. So is the price of delight. And the price of delight is
